Payments will be returned if a session is cancelled and it does not fall in to the 50 weeks that you pay for. (Example no refund for 2 sessions missed at Christmas as they're already not paid for).
North East Gymnastics Academy and any of our staff are not responsible for loss of property or injury during our sessions.
North East Gymnastics Academy have the right to remove your gymnast from our gymnastics programme, without a refund, if anyone has been found bullying, mis-behaving or displaying dangerous behaviour.
Parents/Guardians must declare all medical conditions during registration and to keep us up to date if anything changes with their Child's medical condition by email.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed and used for marketing use, and to keep us up to date if this was to change by email.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made, paid spaces will be given priority, failure to pay could result in your child being turned away from their session.
Please refrain from bringing your child to their session if they have been poorly for 48 hours before their session.
We are a no refund club and will not issue a refund for missed sessions.
If sessions are cancelled due to bad weather etc.. a replacement session will be offered.
Please sign code of conducts given to you on sign up/first session.
